Order Processing

Once your order is confirmed with payment, our team begins preparing it immediately. Most in-stock items ship within 2–3 business days, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery across Europe generally takes 3–7 business days from dispatch. Please note that remote locations or customs clearance requirements (where applicable) may extend delivery times slightly—but rest assured, we always aim to get your attachments to you as swiftly as possible.

Shipping Costs & Options

Shipping charges are dynamically calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. For bulk or oversized items, additional freight or handling fees may apply. We’ll always aim to be transparent about costs before you complete your purchase.

Trackable Shipping

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you a dispatch confirmation email complete with tracking details. This allows you to monitor delivery progress in real time, all the way to your site.

International Delivery

While we primarily serve Europe, we are happy to explore arrangements for deliveries beyond that zone upon request—just drop us a line.

Returns & Refunds

Easy 30-Day Returns

If a product doesn’t meet your needs, you can return it within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in unused, original condition and in its original packaging.

How to Return

Contact our Customer Support team at returns@goreattachments.eu with your order details and reason for return. We’ll respond promptly with return instructions and guidance.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or shipped in error. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe and verifiable delivery.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you via email regarding approval and processing of your refund. Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different configuration—such as a longer length or alternate model? Let us know. We’ll check availability and help arrange an exchange where possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made, modified, or clearance items may not be eligible for return or refund—please check product listings for specifics.

Warranty Support

Most GORE products carry a manufacturer’s warranty against material or workmanship defects. Warranty terms vary by item—refer to the individual product pages or contact us directly for detail.
